Ingredients 

2 tsp cane sugar
¾  tsp sea salt
¼  tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp diced yellow bell peppers
2 Tbsp diced red bell peppers
2 cups peeled, thinly sliced cucumber

Instructions 
  1. Combine sugar, salt, red chili flakes, sesame oil and rice vinegar in a medium bowl and mix until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add peppers, and cucumber and mix well. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
