Ingredients 

1½ lb ground turkey breast
1 lg egg
⅔ cup minced onion
⅓ cup minced red bell pepper
½ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp chopped, fresh basil
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly coat a 4 by 8-inch bread pan with canola oil spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until turkey is cooked through. Cool slightly and slice into 6 equal portions.
