Ingredients 

1 lg potato, baked
¼ cup peeled and chopped apple
6 oz cooked turkey breast
¼ cup diced red onion
2 tsp canola oil
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp sea salt

Instructions 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and chop until all pieces are about the size of peas.
  2. Form into 4 patties. Lightly coat a large sauté pan with canola oil. Heat canola oil over medium heat until pan is hot.
  3. Place patties in hot sauté pan and cook over medium heat until browned, about 2 minutes on each side
