Ingredients 

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup sweet onion, chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1 28-oz can crushed Muir Glen organic tomatoes, undrained
1 16-oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp sugar
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano

Instructions 
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions, bell pepper and garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
