Ingredients
Horseradish Sauce
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp oregano, dry
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 lb halibut
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, garlic, horseradish, pepper, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine oregano, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and salt.
- Lightly coat halibut with olive oil and dredge each fillet in spice mixture. Grill on high heat for about 4 minutes on each side, or until done. Serve with ¼ cup Horseradish Sauce.
