Ingredients 

1 Tbsp black peppercorns
2 Tbsp whole coriander seed
2 Tbsp whole cumin seed
¼ cup cane sugar
1 Tbsp sea salt

Instructions 
  1. Toast peppercorns, coriander and cumin seed. Place in a spice or coffee grinder. Grind to a powder. Mix with sugar and salt.
