Ingredients 

1 15-oz can organic whole tomatoes, drained
¼ cup diced red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
¼ tsp minced chipotle pepper
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Pinch chili flakes

Instructions 
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender container and blend until smooth.
