1½ cups small diced cantaloupe
2 Tbsp small diced crystallized ginger
2 Tbsp thinly sliced scallions
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
½ tsp minced jalapeno
½ tsp lime zest
½ tsp low-sodium tamari sauce
