Ingredients 

1½ cups small diced cantaloupe
2 Tbsp small diced crystallized ginger
2 Tbsp thinly sliced scallions
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
½ tsp minced jalapeno
½ tsp lime zest
½ tsp low-sodium tamari sauce

Instructions 
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over grilled fish or chicken.
