Nutrition Information (per serving)
2 Tbsp minced anchovy
2 Tbsp minced garlic
⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 cups yogurt mayonnaise
⅔ cup 2% milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Combine anchovies, garlic, Worcestershire, lemon juice and mustard in a blender container. Puree briefly.
- Pour into medium bowl and add remaining ingredients by hand until just combined. Do not over mix.
