Ingredients
½ cup diced onions
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1½ tsp chili powder
½ cup brewed coffee
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup beer
1 ½ Tbsp molasses
1 ½ cups low-sodium ketchup
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
½ tsp liquid smoke
Instructions
- Lightly coat a small sauté pan with canola oil. Sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until soft and slightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce begins to thicken, about 5 to 10 minutes.
