Ingredients
Crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp cane sugar
2 Tbsp applesauce
Filling
⅓ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup skim milk
2 cups low-fat cream cheese
½ cup cane sugar
¼ cup sour cream
2 lg eggs
¼ cup half and half
2 Tbsp Frangelico
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar in a medium bowl. Add applesauce and mix well. Press into the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, heat milk to scalding. Add chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes. When chocolate is melted, mix ingredients thoroughly. Keep warm.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Mix with electric mixer on low until smooth. Add remaining ingredients including chocolate mixture and mix until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour into crust and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into 16 slices.
