Ingredients 

Fruit Mix
1 med mango, peeled and diced
1 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 med papaya, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Vanilla Lime Cream
1 cup plain low-fat or nonfat Greek-style yogurt
½ cup low-fat sour cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch cayenne pepper
¼ tsp lime zest

For more distinct parfait layers, allow yogurt to drain for 1 hour before preparing Vanilla Lime Cream.
Instructions 
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the fruit mix.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the Vanilla Lime Cream.
  3. Layer ½ cup of fruit mix with ¼ cup Vanilla Lime Cream Sauce in six small parfait glasses.
For more distinct parfait layers, allow yogurt to drain for 1 hour before preparing Vanilla Lime Cream.
