Ingredients 

Fruit Mix
3 Tbsp cane sugar
¼ cup cranberry nectar or juice
1 cup diced fresh peaches
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries

Creamy Vanilla Sauce
1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
3 Tbsp low-fat cream cheese
3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp cane sugar
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ vanilla bean, scraped

Instructions 
  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, cranberry juice and fruit. Lightly crush the fruit while mixing the ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Combine all ingredients for the Creamy Vanilla Sauce in a blender and blend until well mixed.
  3. Layer ½ cup of fruit mix with 3 tablespoons of Vanilla Sauce in eight small parfait glasses.
