Lemongrass Kefir Ice Cream

Ingredients 

1⅔ cup kefir
Zest of one lemon
¼ cup lemon juice
¾ cup simple syrup (3 oz water and 3 oz sugar)
1½ Tbsp minced lemongrass (steep in simple syrup)

Instructions 
  1. Blend everything together in a blender, then freeze. 

Using an ice cream maker will result in a creamier product.
