Ingredients 

½ lb fresh fruit
1 Tbsp cane sugar
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract or fresh lemon juice
 

Any fruit can be used that is 15 calories or less per ounce. Examples of these are: Strawberries,apricots, blueberries, oranges, peaches, pineapple, plums, raspberries, and blackberries.
Instructions 
  1. Place fruit in a blender container. Puree until smooth. Strain through a medium sieve. You may save the remaining fruit pieces for other fruit or dessert recipes or discard.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla or lemon juice to fruit juice and mix well. Sugar will dissolve within 5 minutes.
