Ingredients 

¾ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup nonfat sour cream
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 lg eggs
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup whole-wheat flour
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions 
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.  Lightly coat 8-inch by 8-inch pan with canola oil spray and set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, butter and sour cream in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Stir in eggs one at a time. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle. 
  4. Remove from oven and cool completely. Cut into 16 servings. Remove brownies from pan with a flexible spatula.
