Ingredients 

4 Tbsp evaporated skim milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup chopped dried cherries
3 Tbsp powdered sugar or dutch cocoa

Truffles may also be rolled in chopped nuts or coconut, however the nutrition information will be vary.
Instructions 
  1. In a small saucepan, heat evaporated milk. Add chocolate chips and stir together until chocolate is completely melted. Mix in cherries. Cool slightly.
  2. Portion chocolate using a scant 1 tablespoon measure into 1-inch round balls and roll in palm of hand. Coat with powdered sugar or cocoa and place on sheet pan 1-inch apart. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
