Chocolate Kefir Gelato

Ingredients 

2 qt kefir
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 bananas
¾ cup cocoa
½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup simple syrup (2 Tbsp water and 2 Tbsp sugar)
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions 
  1. Blend everything together in a blender, then freeze. 

Using an ice cream maker will result in a creamier product.
