Chocolate Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients 

4½ oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 lg eggs
2 egg whites
2⅔ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup water
1 cup nonfat sour cream
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions 
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly coat a bundt cake pan with canola oil spray.
  2. Combine chocolate, butter and applesauce in a small saucepan. Melt over medium heat, stirring to combine ingredients.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add melted chocolate mixture and stir to incorporate. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour cake batter into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a  toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Garnish by dusting with powdered sugar.
