Nutrition Information (per serving)
⅓ cup cane sugar
2½ Tbsp water
½ Tbsp corn syrup
½ cup evaporated skim milk
1 tsp unsalted butter
- Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Simmer over low heat until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Continue to cook until sugar is dark in color.
- Slowly add milk and butter and whisk briskly with wire whip until sauce is smooth.
