Nutrition Information (per serving)
⅓ cup cane sugar
⅓ cup water
1 cup raspberry puree
1½ cups fresh or frozen blackberries
¼ cup Simple Syrup
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
1½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- To make Simple Syrup, bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine puree, blackberries, simple sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt until well combined. Gently fold in raspberries until well mixed.
