Ingredients 

1 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 Tbsp light brown sugar
1½ tsp rum
1 Tbsp banana liqueur
1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ tsp cornstarch
1 cup fresh diced bananas (about 2 med bananas)
2½ cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions 
  1. In a medium bowl, mix butter, sugar, rum, liqueur, vanilla and cornstarch until well combined.
  2. In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, add sugar mixture and bring to a simmer. Fold in diced bananas. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
  3. Serve 2 tablespoons banana mixture over ⅓ cup vanilla ice cream.
