Ingredients
3 med Red Delicious or Gala apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
3 med green or Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
½ cup organic raisins
1½ tsp lemon juice
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup whole-wheat flour
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ tsp cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
3 Tbsp canola oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly coat a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with canola oil spray.
- Combine apples, raisins and lemon juice in a large bowl. Press into pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and oil. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cut into 16 portions.
