Nutrition Information (per serving)
1½ cups uncooked steel-cut oats
3 cups water
2 Tbsp Turbinado sugar
2 Tbsp chopped pecans
- Cook oatmeal according to package directions.
- Portion ½ cup oatmeal into each serving bowl. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar on top. Place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes or flame with a torch until sugar is caramelized. Be careful not to burn.
