Ingredients 

1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp sesame tahini
¼ cup water

Instructions 


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. If hummus is too thick, add more water until reaches desired consistency.
