Nutrition Information (per serving)
2 cups dried unsulfured apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground allspice
⅛ tsp ground cloves
2 cups unsweetened apple juice
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Pour into a blender container and process until smooth. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate in tightly covered container.
