Orange Ginger Cooler

Ingredients 

5 sprigs fresh cilantro
⅓ cup ice
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup pineapple juice
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp fresh ginger juice



For ginger juice, grate fresh ginger, including skin, through the medium holes on a box grater. Gather grated ginger in hand and squeeze out juice over a small bowl.

Instructions 


  1. Bruise or muddle cilantro into the bottom of a 12 ounce glass and add ice.

  2. Combine juices. Pour over ice and stir well.
