⅓ cup frozen raspberries
⅓ cup frozen organic strawberries
½ sm banana
¼ cup apple juice
¼ cup cranberry nectar

 

Instructions 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
<p>If you use fresh fruit, you may want to add more orange juice.</p>
