¾ cup fruit-flavored nonfat yogurt
1 tsp honey
1 sm banana
⅓ cup skim milk
Pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container and whirl until smooth. Serve garnished with a dusting of cinnamon, if desired.
