Nutrition Information (per serving)
6 4-oz lamb chops
1 Tbsp ground sumac
¾ tsp sea salt
¾ tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses (or pomegranate syrup)
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In a small bowl, mix sumac, salt and pepper.
- Dust lamb chop on each side with sumac mixture.
- Grill or broil lamb chops until cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- Serve 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses with 3 ounces grilled lamb chop.
