Nutrition Information (per serving)
1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp chili powder
16 oz beef tenderloin, cut into 4 equal portions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, lime juice, garlic, olive oil and chili powder. Mix to a smooth paste.
- Spread 1 teaspoon paste on each side of beef tenderloin filet. Grill or broil to desired doneness, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve with Chipotle Whipped Potatoes and a vegetable.
