Targeting Body Fat

In this combination service, you will receive state-of-the-science eating and exercise recommendations designed to decrease overall body fat and help you find your waist again.

Part I – Meet with an exercise physiologist to determine your target heart rate for maximum calorie burn. This consultation also includes a body composition analysis and exercise recommendations. 50 minutes.
Part II – A nutritionist will use your body composition data to determine your ideal calorie level for weight loss and will create a personalized eating plan based on the best dietary strategies to improve blood sugar and lose body fat. 50 minutes.
