Canyon Ranch has four swimming pools for personal use – the Indoor pool (located in the Aquatic Center), Flagstone pool, L-pool and T-pool. The Indoor pool is comfortably heated to 90 degrees throughout the year. This pool is designed for Aqua Shape (a water fitness class for range of motion, flexibility and body alignment) and other group classes. Because of its temperature, the Indoor
pool is not recommended for extended lap swimming or other intense cardiovascular activities.
Group classes are held year round in the Indoor pool and T-pool, which both feature showers and changing rooms. The unheated Flagstone pool next to the Double U Café and the L-pool near the tennis courts are ideal for lounging and swimming. The L-pool is also the site of two shaded underwater HydroWorx treadmills. Pool classes are listed in This Week at Canyon Ranch and on the Spa Activity Boards. Water shoes are suggested for classes. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at our pools.
Note: Please shower and wear a bathing suit for aquatic classes and services.
