Is it your metabolism? Now you can find out. Your resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the energy your body requires to perform basic, vital bodily functions while you are at rest. In this scientific, three-part service, a non-invasive RMR assessment accurately determines the number of calories you require for daily living, information that will be used to create a customized nutrition plan. In combination with a strength and conditioning program, you will be able to maximize your body fat reduction or lean muscle gain efforts.

Part I – Resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing. 25 minutes.

Part II – You meet with a nutritionist to review your test results and learn exactly what your basic calorie needs are. 50 minutes.

Part III – You and your nutritionist work together to develop your personalized eating plan. You receive individualized recommendations, menu suggestions, and tips for hunger management and portion control. 50 minutes.
