Teen Services: Canyon Ranch welcomes guests ages 14-17 when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that the accompanying parent or guardian must sign a consent form and book all services for guests under 18, and an adult must be present for most services. Ask your Program Advisor for details.

Healthy Eating Consultation

Get expert advice on the basics and foundational aspects of everyday nutrition, and how best to feed yourself and your family for optimal health and well-being. This entry-level consultation may be customized to suit your needs and interests: Focus on fueling your body for exercise, dining out or plant-based eating. The nutritionist can provide you with guidance to manage stress through a healthy diet and offer tips for portion control.
