PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING & YOGA STUDIO
We provide two dedicated spaces for private training and one-on-one yoga and mind-body lessons.
We will be delighted to lend you a bike or racquet, pickleball paddles or basketball.
SQUASH, RACQUETBALL & WALLYBALL COURTS
Play any of these fast-paced sports to burn calories and to get a good workout. Use of our indoor hard courts is complimentary. Sign up: Spa Activity Board for squash and racquetball. Check This Week at Canyon Ranch for Wallyball times.
STRENGTH & CARDIO TRAINING ROOM
Our workout facilities are equipped with computerized stationary bicycles, treadmills, Life Fitness weight machines, Precor® EFX® machines, free weights, stair machines, rowing machines and more. For your safety, please feel free to ask for help from the fitness specialists who supervise these facilities from 6:30 am to 6 pm daily. Shoes and shirts are required.
Racquets are available at the Spa Reception Desk and at the Tennis Center during hours of operation.
Both highly conditioned athletes and people with impaired mobility can benefit from using one of four underwater treadmills in the Aquatic Center and L-pool.
