Your package begins with an Optimal Health consultation with a physician and may include a combination of medical, complementary medicine, nutrition, life management or exercise physiology services. You'll work closely with our team to develop a plan to take home.
Your Optimal Living package includes:
- Pre-arrival interviews with a Nurse Educator
- 50-minute consultation with a physician
- Allowance for Canyon Ranch Health & Healing services
- Final wrap-up with a Nurse Educator
Note: For people over 50 who have not had recent health evaluations, we recommend the UltraPrevention package or the Executive Health Program.
