Canyon Ranch affords our guests an all inclusive experience that extends to our policy regarding our rate schedule. A component of the all inclusive rate is a resort amenities fee. This fee covers amenities such as local telephone service, cable television, Internet access, lending library of books, DVDs and CDs, self-service laundry facilities, airport and railway transportation transfers, valet parking, daily lectures on a variety of health topics, and evening programs. No portion of the resort amenities fee represents a tip, gratuity, or service charge for wait staff employees, service employees or any other employee at Canyon Ranch.

Canyon Ranch values its employees as essential members of our health and wellness community, and we compensate our employees in a manner consistent with the premier level of service and professionalism they provide to our guests. Canyon Ranch also provides our employees generous benefits that include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement planning, in addition to access to our facilities, services, and extensive employee wellness programs. Because of this level of overall employee compensation, guests are neither expected nor encouraged to tip any employee for any service provided.
