Nothing is more individual than your health needs. With the Optimal Living® package you'll work with an integrated team of Canyon Ranch health professionals to create a personalized plan to broaden your awareness in health, fitness, nutrition, movement, stress management and creative expression.
Our trained health experts will customize your package to focus on any of the areas below or on another of your choice:

Your package begins with a comprehensive consultation with a Canyon Ranch health practitioner or physician based on your focus and may include a combination of sessions with a physician, behaviorist, movement therapist, practitioner of Chinese medicine, exercise physiologist, nutritionist or demo chef. You'll work closely with our team to develop a plan to take home.
Your Optimal Living package includes:
- Pre-arrival interviews with a Nurse Educator and Program Advisor
- Arrival consultation with a Nurse Educator
- 25-minute consultation with a physician, naturopathic physician or sexual health counselor
- Allowance for Canyon Ranch Health & Healing services
- Final wrap-up with a Nurse Educator
Note: For people over 50 who have not had recent health evaluations, we recommend the UltraPrevention package or the Executive Health Program.
4 nights
Just as in the 3-night package, you will work with an integrated team of Canyon Ranch health professionals to create a personalized plan to broaden your awareness of health, fitness, nutrition, movement, stress management and creative expression. By taking an extra day to focus on your health needs you will be able to expand your exploration to include an even wider range of health options.
Your package begins with a 50-minute Optimal Health consultation with a Canyon Ranch physician and may include a combination of sessions with a behavioral therapist, movement therapist, practitioner of Chinese medicine, exercise physiologist, nutritionist or demo chef.
You'll work closely with our team to develop a plan to take home. For an additional fee, special focus programs can be provided for:
- Arthritis/Pain Management
- Smoking Cessation
- Living with Diabetes
- Beyond Cholesterol/Cardiovascular Health
