Michael Dunk – Membership Manager

Michael is an Iowa native who has considered Canyon Ranch in Tucson his “second home” for the past 10 years. His career path took him through the Dining Room, Guest Services and Registration before joining the Membership team. He feels this is the best way to help people enjoy and realize their healthy living goals.

As your Membership Manager, Michael focuses exclusively on Owner and Member interests and acts as your liaison with other departments at the Ranch. He oversees operations for all phases of Life-Share® Membership and Estate & Casita Owners.

Following Michael’s own Aha! moment at Canyon Ranch, he lost 80 pounds. He’s an avid reader and speaks Mandarin Chinese – stop in for a chat!

With more than 15 years in real estate sales, Mike brings great expertise and enthusiasm to his role at Canyon Ranch. He’s involved in Membership sales and related functions, making sure things run smoothly.

He’s an associate broker with Arena Realty, helping Canyon Ranch buyers and sellers through all aspects of residential property sales. He creates property listings, shows properties to prospective buyers, clarifies the sale process, prepares real estate contracts and more.

Mike is a Tucson native with two great kids. He enjoys cycling, volunteering at his church, hanging out with his close family and playing soccer. He once jumped off the side of the Swiss Alps in a tandem parachute – and lived to tell about it!


Pam Reid – Membership Coordinator

Pam makes reservations exclusively for Owners and Members, making sure you have exactly what you need. She will check you in and out for each Ranch stay, keep track of your account, and maintain records for Membership nights on your contract. She is a go-to person for any requests involving landscaping, engineering or the Bell Desk.

A 25-year veteran of diverse departments, Pam is a Canyon Ranch expert. She loves watching movies and adores her four amazing grandchildren.


Erica Alloy – Membership Coordinator

She will check you in and out for each Ranch stay, keep track of your account, and maintain records for Membership nights on your contract. She is a go-to person for any requests involving engineering, landscaping or the Bell Desk.

With six years of experience working in the Salon, Women’s Locker Room, Guest Services and other hotel departments, Erica is a true expert on Canyon Ranch. She’s a Tucson native who likes to run, watch documentaries and eat classic local cuisine.


Kay Quatraro – Membership Sales Coordinator & Arena Realty/Associate Broker

Kay is involved in Membership sales and all related functions. She’s an associate broker with Arena Realty, helping Canyon Ranch buyers and sellers through all aspects of residential property sales. She creates property listings, shows properties to prospective buyers, clarifies the sale process, prepares real estate contracts and more.

For the past three decades Kay has been involved in real estate, first learning about the business as a kid cleaning her father’s office. She’s also been a fitness instructor at Canyon Ranch for the past 12 years – you may have taken her yoga, Zumba®, stretch or cycling classes. She says her biggest accomplishments in life are her two kids, who are about to make her an empty nester.
