Wren Bernstein, M.A., M.S.W., L.I.C.S.W.

Life Management Therapist, Canyon Ranch in Lenox

Wren received her master’s degree in social work from Boston University and a master’s degree in applied psychology from the University of Santa Monica. As a complement to her advanced degrees, Wren is also certified as a clinical social worker, family therapist and hypnotherapist and has received advanced training in spiritual psychology.

Wren specializes in working with a wide range of issues, including stress anxiety, depression, weight and body image concerns, addictions, grief and loss, relationship tensions, and life transitions. With a keen interest in human development, she enjoys helping people of all life stages to discover their personal keys to even greater wellbeing, freedom of expression and purpose.

Though Wren considers her longtime work as a life coach and psychotherapist as her true calling, she’s had two other careers: editor and jewelry designer/goldsmith. She continues to engage in both interests, satisfying her love of wordplay by doing crossword puzzles and by participating in crafting and visual arts projects.
