- Check-in time is 3 p.m. If you plan to arrive earlier, we suggest you pack exercise and swim wear and the appropriate shoes in your carry-on so you may use the fitness facilities and enjoy the beach as soon as you arrive. Check-out is at noon.
More Information About Your Stay
Our Program Advisors are on hand to help with all your scheduling needs and can offer suggestions that may help you decide on the services that are right for you. We suggest that individual appointments be booked two to three weeks in advance. We also suggest that all packages be booked five to six weeks in advance to ensure requested services and times. Of course, last-minute booking is based upon availability and can be made through our Program Advisors.
Three to four weeks prior to your date of arrival, a Program Advisor will contact you to design your customized Canyon Ranch experience and book your services. If you prefer, you may contact a Program Advisor by calling 866-276-2226 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.
We encourage you to arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the use of our luxurious facilities. These include Aquavana® thermal suite, where you will find a variety of European heat and water facilities. We recommend that you be in your robe and relaxing in the Relaxation Lounge 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Early Arrivals & Late Departures
Based on availability, we will make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. If you arrive early in the day and you prefer access to your suite, we recommend reserving it for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving your suite for an additional night will guarantee access to your suite past check-out time. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Guaranteed Reservations & Deposits
All reservations require a one-night deposit and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon arrival. Minimum stay requirements may apply for certain weekends and peak periods. Reservations for peak periods will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking. You will be notified of this policy at the time of confirming your reservation.
A debit or credit card authorization will be taken at the time of check-in, which will include charges for the per-night suite rate, taxes and a $200 per night per person incidental fee.
Canyon Ranch is a non-smoking facility. Florida law also prohibits indoor smoking in work areas. Tobacco products are not sold on property. Guests who smoke in their suite or balcony will be charged a minimum $650 deodorizing fee.
In order to provide a tranquil experience, Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach prohibits cell phone use in the following areas:

Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach is a family friendly, predominantly adult facility. The minimum age for use of spa and fitness facilities is 14.
Canyon Ranch welcomes guests of all ages when accompanied by a parent or guardian; however, guests must be 14 or older to receive services. Please note that the accompanying parent or guardian must sign a consent form and book all services for guests under 18, and an adult must be present for most services. Valet parking only. No self-parking is available. Overnight rate is $35 inclusive of tax.
A maximum of one additional guest is permitted in a one-bedroom suite (for a total of three guests). A maximum of two additional guests is permitted in a two-bedroom suite (for a total of five guests). The additional guests, age 14 and older, will incur a charge of $66 (plus applicable taxes) per day. This charge covers the spa and fitness facilities access fee. Guests requiring a rollaway bed will incur a charge of $50 (plus applicable taxes) per day.

Arrangements must be made in advance. Canyon Ranch does not permit dogs weighing more than 35 pounds, except for service dogs. Please read our dog policy.
Tipping & Gratuities
Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa is not an all-inclusive hotel. For your convenience, an 18% gratuity is added to all Spa and Salon services. No gratuity will be added to any medical or fitness services. Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests.
Cancellation of hotel accommodations must be received 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid forfeiture of your one-night deposit. Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of Wellness Spa services to avoid the 100% charge. Medical packages require a 72-hour notice for cancellation to avoid the 100% charge. The hotel reserves the right to change the cancellation policy as required during certain peak and blackout periods. You will be notified of any policy changes when you confirm your reservation.
What to Bring?
We provide a robe and sandals. Please feel free to bring a bathing suit to enjoy the Aquavana experience and our outdoor exercise pool. Shirts and closed-toe shoes must be worn in the fitness area.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles and valuables during your visit and suggest that you leave your valuables in your room or home, not in your locker.
