Food Sensitivity Testing

Food sensitivities can cause many common problems ranging from poor digestion, gas and bloating to headaches, joint pain and lack of energy. This test evaluates your sensitivity to more than 100 foods. A nutritionist assesses your symptoms, evaluates your lab results and creates an effective eating plan to manage your sensitivities.

Note: Cost of food sensitivity lab testing is additional and varies with panel ordered.

Chinese Medicine Nutrition Consultation
The Chinese believe that food is essence, and that all foods have bioenergetic or yin and yang qualities. Emphasizing foods that promote balance in your system can greatly enhance your health and sense of well-being.
 
Part I – A licensed Chinese medicine practitioner will evaluate you for subtle imbalances in your energetic system.
 
Part II – Using the Chinese medicine diagnosis from Part I, a nutritionist identifies which foods will help to bring your body back into balance depending on their specific bioenergetic nature.

How you digest, absorb and assimilate nutrients, and eliminate waste products is essential to your health and vitality.

A Canyon Ranch nutritionist will asses your diet and other factors that may be contributing to your digestive problems, and will advise you about guidelines for improving digestive function, including customized recommendations for healing foods and supplements.
