Our highly qualified and experienced staff of certified fitness instructors bring you a varied array of formats to reach the goals you are seeking. From athletic skill training to weight training, our fitness team has the knowledge to safely and effectively assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Work with any of our trainers to refine a particular skill or develop a program to take your wellness in a new direction or to the next level.

Specialized Personal Training
Whether you’re looking to improve your skills or to overcome the intimidation of the movement studio, private lessons in any of the activities on the group class schedule are available with our highly skilled staff. Our fitness instructors are specialists in their formats and are ready to help you reach your goals in the activities that most interest you. We can also customize an aerobic, weight training or flexibility program that helps you meet your fitness goal.
