No matter what your preferences, physical condition or age, you will find activities you enjoy at Canyon Ranch. From gentle stretching to rigorous workouts, and from dance classes in the Spa complex to adventures on the High Ropes Challenge Course, we have it all

  • For your safety, no admittance 5 minutes after the hour.
  • Choose classes appropriate to your fitness level.
  • Please, no perfume or cologne in the gyms.
  • Please wear aqua socks or athletic socks in the pool.
  • Our stationary bikes are Shimano- and Look-compatible.
  • Please dress for activity.

Please make use of any of our spectacular facilities during your stay.

Enjoy friendly competition and an excellent aerobic workout. Coed pickup games are held two or three times a week. Check This Week at Canyon Ranch for times.

Play year-round.

For your convenience and year-round use, our 75-foot heated indoor pool (71 lengths = one mile) is located inside the Spa. Average water temperature is 82°F. This pool is available for open-lap swimming except during scheduled aqua class times. The 50-foot heated outdoor pool (106 lengths = one mile) is located just next to the Spa for use on a seasonal basis.

We will be delighted to lend you a bike or racquet.

Use of our indoor hard courts is complimentary. Round-robin tournaments are also offered. Sign up: Spa Activity Board for squash and racquetball. Check This Week at Canyon Ranch for Wallyball times.

Our workout facilities are equipped with computerized stationary bicycles, treadmills, Gravitron® equipment, Life Fitness weight machines, Precor® EFX® machines, free weights, stair machines, rowing machines and more. For your safety, please ask for help or information from the fitness specialists who supervise these facilities from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 to 6 pm daily. Shoes and shirts are required.
