Kinesis®
25/50 minutes
Focused on balance, flexibility and stability, Kinesis® builds endurance and trains muscles to work together efficiently and safely. Four panels of grips, cables and weight stacks allow for 360-degree, resistance-based, multi-plane motion. You’ll be stronger, more graceful and able to perform everyday tasks with greater ease. Kinesis can also enhance other classic forms of exercise such as Pilates and yoga and assist in sports training and rehabilitation therapy.

Personal Training

Have a certified personal trainer take you through a private workout covering cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretching.

Pilates

Build strength through balanced motion by using the Pilates method. A one-on-one lesson will help find your center of alignment, increase range of motion and enhance concentration, resulting in improved posture and flexibility.

Rock-Wall Climbing
25/50 minutes
Challenge your body and spirit by climbing our 40-foot indoor rock wall. Shoes and helmets are provided and required. Please wear socks and fitness attire for this activity.

Basic Fitness Assessment

Assess your fitness level through five tests: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. An exercise physiologist will use your results to design a safe and effective exercise program.

Skin-fold calipers are used to measure the percentage of body fat in relation to lean body mass.
