With the guidance of our knowledgeable staff, scale the climbing wall, zoom along the zip line and experience the giant swing. Discover new aspects of yourself while building confidence in your ability to master new challenges and overcome obstacles.
Great for team-building as well as individual adventures, the challenges of the 10-element course will help you explore your communication skills, performance under pressure, and your ability to give and receive support. Improve your physical and mental skills – and just plain have fun – with services that include the Challenge Course, Climbing Wall and Aerial Adventure. Fees apply.
El Tour de Tucson: Ride Canyon Ranch Style

This world-famous event comes right through Canyon Ranch, and the Ranch is the perfect spot for preparation, strategizing, celebration and recovery. Ride with us in one of the top cycling events in North America. With Canyon Ranch exercise physiologist and El Tour winner Doug Loveday, M.S., as your host, you’ll have all the expertise and support you need as you prepare, and every creature comfort as you recover and unwind. Whether you aim for the full distance or a segment of El Tour, you’ll enjoy the ideal base of operations and warm camaraderie.
