1 lb cooked chicken breast, diced
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup Pesto Sauce
1 red bell pepper, roasted and thinly sliced
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
4 whole-wheat tortillas, about 9 to 10-in diameter
- In a small bowl, combine chicken, salt, pepper and pesto sauce and toss together.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Place ¼ cup roasted pepper, ½ cup romaine lettuce and ⅓ cup chicken mixture on tortilla and roll burrito style.
