Nutrition Information (per serving)
1 lb ground chicken breast
¼ cup minced yellow onion
1½ tsp minced garlic
1½ tsp dry sage
1 tsp cider vinegar
¾ tsp sea salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken with all other ingredients and mix well.
- Form into patties, using ¼ cup mixture for each patty.
- Place patties in a large sauté pan. Sauté over medium heat until cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
